* One third of the committee members stand for re-election at each annual general meeting. Committee members can serve up to 3 consecutive terms of 3 years after October 2023. These rules are in our Constitution and Rules and Regulations.
Someone can join the committee at any time by being ‘co-opted’. They must stand for election at the next AGM, and that’s when their first ‘term of election’ starts.
The conductor and leader attend committee meetings but are not members of the committee so can’t vote.
